  • Stage 1: 50% (within 7 days after the opening date, April 14th, 2018)
  • Stage 4: 15% (180 days from the opening date)
  • Stage 5: 15% (240 days from the opening date)
  • Stage 6: 20% (handed over the fourth quarter of 2018)

c) Payment method 3: (discount rate is 3%)

  • Deposit 100,000,000 VND
  • Stage 1: 70% (within 7 days after the opening date, April 14th, 2018)
  • Stage 5: 10% (240 days from the opening date)
  • Stage 6: 20% (handed over the fourth quarter of 2018)

d) Method of payment 4: (the discount rate is 4%)

  • Deposit 100,000,000 VND
  • Stage 1: 95% (within 7 days after the opening date, April 14th, 2018)
  • Stage 6: 5% (handed over the fourth quarter of 2018)

7. Estimated selling price:

Expected price is 2 billion / one bedroom apartment (including VAT and full furniture)
